Conditions

* For Student Registrations: A letter confirming your student status signed by your department head is required. The number of student seats is capped.

You can register an accompanying person for the welcome reception and conference dinner for 150,- Euros
Registration includes admission to the meeting, posters and exhibition area, coffee, tea, and lunch, welcome reception, and conference dinner/social event.
No refunds will be given once the registration fee has been paid, not even in the extremely unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled due to force majeure.
Substitution of delegates will be accepted at any time.
The registration must be paid via the QSPC website payment system.
